Monterey & Carmel Photo Diary

Some time ago, Jason and I were flown out to Monterey for a job interview. It didn’t end up working out, so it took me a while to revisit the photos we took while we were there. We had a great time while we visited, and were blown away by the beauty of Northern California.

Growing up in Southern California, Jason loved the coastal yet laid back vibes of the northern part of his home state. It’s also much more wooded and has more of a nature vibe. I also really enjoyed the nature (though not as much as him), and the weather was great - constantly sitting at 70 degrees, sunny, with a gentle cool breeze. It feels like it’s on the verge of fall.

We also got to drive down to Carmel on a small stretch of the famous 17 mile drive. It was stunning! My only regret is that we didn’t trek down to Big Sur, which is extremely high on my bucket list!

Here are some pics from Monterey and Carmel - enjoy!
